Our Boarding Policies

  • Updated immunization records are required.
  • A non-refundable $50 deposit guarantees a reservation for your pet.
  • Your pet is charged a full day when he/she arrives regardless of time. *Pets picked up after checkout time will result in an additional full-day charge.
  • A 48-hour notification of cancellation or early pickup. Failure to notify us will result in being billed for the entire scheduled stay.
  • *If you are boarding your pet, we suggest you schedule a grooming appointment for the day of pick-up. Grooming on the last day of boarding would allow an afternoon pickup without incurring a boarding charge!
