To guarantee a reservation for your beloved pet, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required.
Cancellation & Early Pickup Policy
Life can be unpredictable. If plans change, we kindly request notification at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations or early pickups. This allows us to adjust and accommodate other furry friends awaiting our care. Please note that without this timely communication, you will be billed for the entirety of the reserved period.
Settlement Before Subsequent Bookings
To maintain transparency and trust, any outstanding bills from unnotified changes must be settled in full before accepting any subsequent reservations.
Arrivals & Departures
No matter when your pet graces our facility, be it morning or evening, the day of their arrival will be considered a full day. To simplify the checkout process, our official checkout time stands at 12:00 pm. Kindly be advised, that any pickups after this hour will incur a full-day charge to ensure your pet continues receiving our undivided care and attention.

For pets with particular dietary preferences or sensitivities, feel free to bring their regular food. Kindly store the food in Tupperware-style containers, labeled with your pet’s and your last name.
Medicinal Care
As a gesture of our commitment, we’ll administer medications to your pet at no extra charge. It’s important to note that this is an added courtesy and isn’t part of the standard boarding package. Ensure all medicines come with legible administration instructions. If your pet requires life-sustaining medications, we recommend choosing an animal hospital for their stay.
Grooming Services
At McOsker Kennels, our grooming expertise shines seven days a week. For pets boarded with us, consider scheduling their grooming on the day of pick-up. To ensure smooth coordination, it’s optimal to book this grooming appointment simultaneously with the boarding reservation. An added perk: if your pet is groomed on their pick-up day, that day’s boarding charge is on us. When coming for your pet, a quick call ahead ensures readiness.
